Your focus will be on skillsforwork, our digital B2B solution that enhances corporate training. The platform strengthens organizations' cybersecurity through realistic phishing tests and provides essential compliance and safety training via its own learning management system.
Your mission
As Head of Sales France, you will establish our SaaS product in the French market. Initially, you will drive all sales activities and develop a sustainable sales structure, with the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team. A team in Germany will support you by fostering partnerships and guiding you in building your strategy.
Your Tasks
* Market entry: You will establish skillsforwork as a leading product in France and develop strategies to attract new customers.
* Market feedback: You will be the interface between customers and product development, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product.
* Team building: With increasing success, you will play a key role in building a sales team and take on the role of team lead.
* Relationship management: You will cultivate long-term relationships with customers and identify their needs to ensure customer retention. Your network will grow exponentially.
* Customer acquisition: You will be the driving force behind the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Your Profile
* You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS sector, and have a passion for creating new market opportunities.
* Ideally, you have already worked in an international environment.
* You are fluent in French as well as English or German and have a good understanding of the French market and business culture.
* You are proactive and entrepreneurial - you take on challenges with a hands-on mentality.
* You are communicative, persuasive, and know how to inspire others with innovative solutions.
