We are looking for a Coordinator Customer Service AM (f/m/d) for our Office in Ratingen - join our team now!
You will be part of our Customer Service team and responsible for the processing and control of all received customer orders and communication within our Aftermarket (AM) business unit.
Your scope:
* In this position you will be responsible for processing and control of all received customer orders in Europe and ensure to meet the agreed service level
* You will be monitoring the customer delivery dates and control the shipment schedules in cooperation with the logistics center
* Being in charge of evaluating the received customer claims and returns will be one of your main responsibilities
* You will be capturing and maintaining customer master data in SAP
* Close cooperation with our regional sales offices will be of great importance
* You will be actively involvement of cross departmental order-to-cash projects
What you should bring to the table:
* You have a successful completed commercial vocational training
* You should have minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of shipping, order processing and logistics in global companies
* You should have a high level of service and customer orientation are just as important as a structured and well-organized way of working in a complex environment
* Strong communication skills in English and German with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and vendors will be important
* You have a broad experience in dealing with customer communication
* You should know these specifics: SAP and MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
* A sense of responsibility and reliability, accuracy, commitment and a high degree of personal responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team should be important for you
