Your qualifications Experience: At least 2 years of Experience in a company or agency. Trend awareness and knowledge of topics : You recognize current trends and relevant topics and have a keen sense of what interests the target group. Social media affinity : You are an active member of social networks and you work confidently with TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. Creativity and format development : You enjoy developing creative ideas and designing new content formats for social media. Hands-on mentality : Independent development and production of videos, graphics and social media posts is part of your repertoire. Media production skills with a smartphone : Experience in recording, editing and sound editing of content, ideally directly with a smartphone. Digital skills : You feel at home in the digital world and use digital tools confidently and efficiently. Interest in strategy and monitoring : You are enthusiastic about strategic work, analysis and the evaluation of campaigns. Language skills : Confident in English and basic knowledge of German.
