TeraVM is a complete end-to-end validation solution enabling carriers, mobile virtual network operators and network equipment vendors to validate the network topologies, systems and devices by generating control and user plane traffic.\nStatistics and key performance indicators are provided to validate the functionality and performance of mobile services or to assess performance of individual nodes of the mobile network.\n\nProduct Development Program Manager (4G/5G, RAN & Core)\n\nThe Product Development Program Manager, applies expert knowledge of TeraVM products by developing and managing project schedules with engineering teams and communicate project status to stakeholders, upper management and customers.\nFor this position, we require deep technical expertise in telecommunication networks, specifically 5G RAN and CORE, along with the ability to discuss complex requirements with both customers and our Engineering team.\nThe role:\nResponsible for providing Program Management in Product Development and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs.\nCreate and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.\nMaintain knowledge of telecommunications industry/market domain knowledge.\nActively contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.\nWork with multidisciplinary cross-functional teams.\nOwning the Software Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and management of releases across multiple business-critical applications.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n\nOften leads small to medium-sized technical projects.\nDevelop and manage project schedules with engineering teams and communicate project status to stakeholders, upper management, and customers.\nWork closely with project team members on conceptual design, testing, and performance characterization.\nIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.\nWorks with and under the direction of the Project Manager/Solution Architect and with customer nominated representatives.\nLiaises with the Solutions Architect as appropriate.\nPlans release windows and the overall release lifecycle.\nManages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.\nPre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:\n\nEducation and Experience Required:\nA completed Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of market, business development, or product management experience.\nExperience of working in the telecommunications industry (5G/6G RAN & CORE).\nKnowledge and Skills:\n5+ years of experience managing technically complex projects and proven hands-on product development and project management skills.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, strong team player, self-starter and detail-oriented.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle, processes and tools for project planning.\nStrong decision-making ability to troubleshoot problems and bring resolution.\nIs fluent in English, German is a plus.\nTravel Requirements:\nThe role is likely to involve travel to key customer sites for direct engagements - flexibility to travel may be required (Up-to 20%).\n\nIf you have what it takes to push boundaries and seize opportunities, apply to join our team today.\nApply
