1. Operational management of our branch
2. Ensuring the achievement of profit targets with regular monitoring of the cost situation
3. Control of operational processes and ongoing optimization of these
4. Close exchange and collaboration with the District Manager FRA/BER and the Product Managers
5. Leading and promoting colleagues with a strong employee focus
Qualifications

7. Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or, optionally, a degree with a focus on business administration or logistics
8. MUST HAVE: Several years of professional experience as a manager or in a comparable role in logistics
9. High analytical skills paired with excellent problem-solving management
10. High social skills with a strong organizational culture and sense of responsibility as well as a high level of customer orientation
11. MUST HAVE: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
