What you can expect from us:
* Implementation and rollout of Core HR configurations and customizations to meet business requirements and improve user experience
* Expert level support for Employee Central module and relevant processes, addressing issues and queries promptly and effectively
* Lead and participate in projects related to system upgrades / release updates, enhancements and integrations
* Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity within the Employee Central module
* Collaboration with HR Business Process Owners, Finance, Internal IT and external suppliers
* Communication with global HR community
* Knowledge transfer and training the Solutions Support team
* Ensure the system complies with global HR policies, regulations and best practices
What makes you special:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
* Experience of 3 to 5 years with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Proficiency in Employee Central configuration, customization, integration and processes
* Excellent English skills along with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
* Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution and delivery
* Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment
