Overview: As Aftermarket Sales Analyst (f/m/x) and Finance Project Manager (f/m/x) for the region Northern Europe & Middle East (NE&ME) reporting to the Head of Finance Onshore North Europe & Middle East Execution Performance, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and optimizing aftermarket strategies for the Onshore business for the NE&ME. As Aftermarket Sales Analyst (f/m/x), you would be the analytical and controlling lead and counterpart to the sales teams, applying engineering-driven analysis and control methodologies during the sales phase for some of the biggest, most complex renewable energy projects in the world. You will contribute to strong competitive solutions to make the difference for our customers and their business cases. You will support projects in the area of Sales Commercial Management and improvement of our related processes How to contribute to our vision: Ensure the Order Intake Plan (OIP), Order Entry (OE) is maintained accurately. Host periodic OIP/OE review with sales colleagues, taking executive notes and following up on action. Ensuring alignment between regional sales, global sales and Region BU on OIP/OE topics. Responsibility for budgeting process for OIP/OE o Responsibility for forecasting process for OIP/OE Drive Continuous improvement, productivity and strategic activities for ON NE&ME in regard to sales and aftermarket analytics and controlling. Correct, transparent & diligent analysis of all commercial / financial related matters on the regional portfolio level for sound decision making. What you need to make a difference: Experience in finance, controlling, or accounting positions. experience with complex processes involving various stakeholders, showing an elevated level of ownership. Ability to drive digitalization and implement new tools, standards, and processes.
