Within the DACH Region, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial development of his/her area of responsibility, developing the existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities. He/she is responsible for commercial results in terms of sales, margins and credit.
In details, you duties are:
- Ensure, in coordination with the EMEA Regional Director, the acquisition of assigned sales targets in terms of new business, turnover, margin and portfolio development in his/her area of responsibility (North of Germany)
- Plan commercial actions consistent with the company's commercial strategy;
- Develop all channels of the current customer base: key global accounts, Regional and small Breweries as well as Service Companies and Companies active in micro-filtered drinking water;
- Ensure accurate data analysis and processing and reporting;
- Ensure careful monitoring of key KPIs related to their portfolio (turnover, margin, ...);
- Key Account management of Global Accounts;
- Actively Participate in New Project Development;
- Interact with all headquarters functions to achieve objectives
Your profile
* At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales
* Knowledge of the industry: beer, soft drinks and water
* Good technical skills and understanding of technical products
* Relational and negotiational skills;
* Enterpreneurship mindset;
* Proactive attitudine, self- motivation
* Ability to work indipendently;
* Self motivated
