Job Title: EMEA Sales Manager
Reports to: EMEA Sales Director
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for sales and business development in specific countries / accounts in EMEA region, including market research, demand analysis, development of sales strategies and reliable fulfillment of revenue growth targets,
2. Bring a passion for excellence in customer service and support
3. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, then provide differentiated company product / service recommendations
4. Clearly communicate the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal company stakeholders
5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer sales funnel and demand forecast, in company CRM tool
6. Participate in industry conferences and events as appropriate, to better understand industry dynamics and trends
7. Comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies
8.Travel within EMEA region > 50%, with occasional travel to company global locations
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline with 5-8 years of relevant work experience,
2. Proven track record of successful new customer acquisition and exceeding revenue growth targets, in high tech market segments,
3.Technical understanding of photonics products and their applications in at least (laser industrial, consumer, med-tech, automotive & optical communications),
4. Experience in international sales with strong business acumen,
5. Customer focused, target-oriented mindset,
6. Self-motivated, team player
