This role is crucial to driving new sales for Broadridge solutions in the DACH region with an emphasis in the Capital Markets space. Selling to high value, high profile clients, this is a pivotal role within the organisation given the growth within the region over the past 2 years.
This is a sell-side position predominantly selling to Banks, Insurance Companies, and other Financial Institutions.
General Responsibilities
* Sales quota achievement for the assigned territory.
* Identify prospective new clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via networking internally and externally e.g. industry events, cold calling.
* Manage sales pipeline and actively maintain accurate report in Salesforce
* Manage the full sales process life cycle; typical activities to include:
o Initial contact and prospect qualification
o Assist/Manage, as appropriate, the presenting service offering to identified prospects.
o Participate in set up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings.
o Assist and support formal response to any client generated RFPs.
o Negotiate contract pricing.
o Manage prospects through internal due diligence approval process.
o Work with Legal department in contract negotiation.
o Work with Conversions/Onboarding teams to ensure the successful go-live of new clients.
* Conduct business trips as required for both sales meetings and other business development activities such as seminars, trade shows and industry events as appropriate.

This position will be filled by an individual with excellent industry knowledge, exceptional drive and energy, who:
* is able to build and execute viable commercial go to market plans
* demonstrates exceptional ability to work with Broadridge Sales, Account
Management and Business Unit leaders
* is capable of representing Broadridge at a senior level, both internally and externally
* has strong presentation skills
* has highly effective verbal and written communications skills and the energy and organizational ability to get things done"

* General Manager, Germany
* EMEA Sales and Account Management team associates
* Product Management functions for key solution area
* Global Sales Strategy and Operations team
* Marketing
Minimum requirements
* Minimum 5/7 years experience in a similar role
* Fluent in German and English
* Based in Germany - Frankfurt
* Weekly travel is required
* Experience on Agency/Principle Trading, Post Trade processing, Asset Servicing, Securities Financing, SWIFT and reconciliations.
* Experience in working with working / selling in the Capital Markets and/or Securities Services areas within Financial Institutions and Corporates.
