For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main area) we are looking for a professional as:
Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) Connected Car IT
As a Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) you will be part of the Connected Car IT Department. In this role, you will manage the connected car service technical support of Hyundai Motor Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a key contact to our European stakeholders as technical support
* Monitoring infrastructure, application, and system performance metrics
* Maintenance of application (emergency restart etc.)
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting networking and software issues
* Troubleshooting customer issues reported by the service teams through a ticketing system
* Supporting the technical teams as E2E test and root cause analysis
* Improving HAEE´s first level service by maintaining the knowledge base
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
* 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical service support position
* Knowledge of Infra/application maintenance (especially network, in-house application
* Knowledge of private/public cloud systems, mobile app and other technical product
* Knowledge of web services and API
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.
* Knowledge of Mobile, Network and Security systems
* Very good English skills - spoken and written
* Very good Korean skills - would be a plus
