Join our 18-month Graduate Program and shape the future of ZEISS. You will take responsibility for your own projects starting from day one, geared to a clear target role.
* Completed field of study in General Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or similar with focus on transformation, project and/or process management
* Practical experience gained, for example, as an intern or working student (maximum of 1.5 years)
* Experience in common MS Office applications and first touchpoints with SAP
* Interest in challenging project tasks and associated challenges as well as the willingness to take responsibility
* Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
* Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficial
During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. You will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development.
* Support the cluster Operations within the S/4 HANA Transformation program from ZEISS with the streams Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Idea-to-Market, Engineer-to-Order & Quality Management
* Support the definition of new business processes in the Operations areas of ZEISS with the program target of standardization and harmonization and the balancing of implementing of individual needs to cover business requirements
* Take responsibility for project management tasks like planning and moderating of workshops, ensure the timeline for defined milestones and steering of own work packages
* Go-live preparation and execution support from defined entities based on S/4 HANA Transformation roadmap
