What you´ll do
* Manage consumer quantitative researches (incl. competitive benchmarking tests), working closely with HCB R&D teams (Product and Pack Development), Marketing and CMI globally and locally as well as with External Agencies
* Synthesize and communicate meta / transversal learnings on specific categories or brand
* Set up and manage the database in cooperation with external partner to run transversal data analyses and highlight global insights
* Steer and manage the day-to-day collaboration with our external agency partner.
* Contribute to link quantitative data with other types of data (sensory, instrumental, qualitative) to strengthen holistic product design
* Help strengthen the Quantitative skills withing CTI group and broader R&D teams with relevant trainings and/or awareness sessions
* Be the voice of consumers into the projects, ensuring a consumer centric mindset within R&D teams
What makes you a good fit
* Relevant experience managing and leading consumer quantitative product studies (Master equivalent and minimum 8 years experience in similar position) – incl. proposing and designing ad hoc researches to answer business needs
* Strong statistical skills to analyze data and/or diagnose which statistics to apply and challenge agencies if necessary.
* Experience in sensory research would be a bonus
* Strong collaboration skills to decode results with internal stakeholders (R&D)
* Excellent communication skills to explain results and drive user centricity mindset
* Fluent English skills/ German is a plus
