Here is an overview of your responsibilities in our team: Oversee a portfolio of up to 70 E-Commerce customers Develop and foster trustworthy relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout their journey with VisionAI Focus on customer-centric prioritization to ensure every customer receives appropriate attention and service Advocate for the customer by translating their needs into concrete product requirements Partner with product experts to ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers, setting them up for long-term success with VisionAI Deliver professional customer support through email, chat, and phone Continuously enhance and refine Customer Relationship Management processes - for example: Utilize data-driven insights to effectively promote customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction Spot opportunities for upselling and work closely with the Growth Manager to create actionable expansion strategies Ihr Profil What we are expecting from you in this role: 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, handling a broad portfolio of clients, ideally in a SaaS environment Strong skills in prioritization and execution - driven by customer needs, business impact, and growth potential Exceptional communication skills and sales affinity In-depth knowledge of value drivers within recurring revenue business models Analytical mindset paired with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude Fluent in both German and English Warum wir?
