SALES SPECIALIST - HEAT PUMPS - COLOGNE
About Us:
JD Ross is collaborating with an international wholesaler in their search for a Heat Pump Specialist for Germany. The company is operating throughout the whole Europe and the UK. The role is hybrid, and will require visiting the office Cologne two to three times per week. You will be reporting to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
* Development of a product portfolio for the heat pump sector with the product management team
* Active processing, qualification and development of customers who install heat pumps
* Advice and support for our customers and sale of our products, especially heat pumps
* First-level support for our customers via phone, teams and email
* Customer visits, you will carry out on-site inspections and consultations
* Actively building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers
* Active coordination with the relevant players such as finance, supply chain and order processing.
* Maintenance and review of data in our CRM tool
* Activation of the customer account in our customer portal
* Conducting portal training for our customers
* Collection of relevant customer, market and competition-relevant information and data
* Participation in various training courses, customer and trade fair events
* Supporting our team in heat pump technology
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in the field of heat pumps
* 3+ years of experience in the field of B2B sales
* High degree of self-motivation, strong communication skills and the will to actively approach potential customers
* Strong organizational skills as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working to achieve your own and common goals
* Class B driving license
