1. Manage embedded SW strategic projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and noticeable impact for parts of the company in a cross-divisional context
2. Manage a diverse project team with members of multiple functions across Infineon and a complex project structure
3. Understand system architecture for power conversion solutions, algorithms, software stack and system partitioning using industrial MCUs as controller
4. Manage team of experts translating power conversion application requirements into requirements for the various subsystem’s components
5. Understand application requirements for digital power systems and the associated software libraries
6. Structure projects and ensure compliance
7. Lead others to solve complex problems ; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
8. Anticipate and pro-actively manage change while ensuring buy-in for change and deal with ambiguity
9. Lead team by empowering project managers of sub-projects to deliver on the project objectives considering cross-cultural location topics appropriately
10. Establish a communication framework and constantly ensure that all relevant information is provided in time to all levels of the project organization
11. Grow trusted relationships and a network with a broad base of internal and external stakeholders and actively manage their interests
12. Look at the bigger picture in order to identify challenges and work closely with your stakeholders to come-up with solutions

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
13. A degree in Electronical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
14. A formal project management certification (IPMA Level C)
15. At least 8 years’ practical experience in management of embedded software development projects combining processors, power and signal processing on general-purpose processors or DSPs
16. Strong experience in software development flow
17. Comprehensive overview in ModusToolboxTM and how to get started developing an asset for the ecosystem
18. Hands-on project management skills in the SW area for power conversion applications and controllers in a product to system context
19. Strong familiarity with leading industry professional software development with respect to coding standards, quality levels and certifications
20. Knowledge of switch mode power supplies, system level circuit modelling with EDA tools is a plus
21. Great intercultural competencies and excellent communication and team working skills
22. Excellent and structured presentation and documentation skills
23. Proven leadership skills and flexibility to deal with changes during the project: experience in leading teams in technical activities, ideally including a systematic approach for complex problem solving
