Your Mission You lead the IT Infrastructure Team, set the direction for the cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments while align ing t he strategy with business objectives. You oversee the evolution of the EOS Azure Platform and drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ), ensuring both robust service management controls, and continuous improvements in Azure Landing Zones. You l ead the design and implementation of backup environments (Azure Backup / Veeam) and establish effective disaster recovery strategies. Your responsibilities also include a dher ing to IT security frameworks and other regulatory requirements ( e.g. ISO27001, ITILv4, GDPR ), and embedding governance best practices across infrastructure services. In your role as Team Lead, you b uild and mentor a high-performing I nfrastructure team, provi de hands-on technical guidance and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation. By close ly collaborating with IT Security, Digital Workplace, and Business Applications teams you enable s eamless cloud adoption and ensure operational resilience. You oversee critical infrastructure operations, troubleshoot high-priority issues, optim ize performance, and proactively address risks. By m anag ing relationships with cloud service providers, hardware vendors, and third-party partners, you ensur e cost-effective and future-proof solutions. Your Talents A degree or completed training in IT ( e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician) or similar At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including a minimum of 2 years in public cloud solutions implementation and Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) Expertise in IaC using PowerShell for automating deployments, as well as DevOps prowess, including deployment of CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps Proven leadership experience, including leading small to mid-sized technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaboration across IT functions Proficiency with Windows environments and d eep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Knowledge in identity management and access control, including Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD Hands-on experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Salt Fluent in English and good German language skills Our Benefits Flexible working time models, 30 days of vacation Travel allowance for public transport, job bike, parking spaces, charging facilities for electric vehicles Childcare allowance Possibility of personal timeout Health offerings Company restaurant Reimbursement of relocation expenses T argeted further education opportunities Corporate Benefits for employees Are you in?
