About the position This important role involves collaboration between various internal teams in order to help coordinate IT Operations activities. These activities play a key role in enhancing our company’s ability to function more effectively. In this position you will work with Capacity Services (Server management), Network Connectivity, Digital Workplace and the Service Desk within IT Operations. You will be an interface between them and departments throughout the company in helping coordinate their activities. You may also work with external vendors in collaboration with our internal teams on IT Operations activities. Main responsibilities Establish and maintain good relationships with internal customers to reduce barriers between customers and IT Operations team. Develop ways of working with internal customers, stakeholders, production and IT Operations. Take ownership of activities and coordinate with resolution parties. Act as point of escalation for any operational issues related to IT services. About You Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer Science or equivalent SSAB business experience. Five (5) years of SSAB process management experience. Team-oriented and skilled at working in a collaborative environment. Ability to work closely with IT Service techs and managers and appointed business stakeholders at all levels. You are fluent in English and can communicate well with different levels of management.
