Your Mission
As the Head of B2B Growth, you’ll lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across Germany and Europe. Reporting to the VP of Commercial, you will own the B2B sales strategy, optimize sales processes, and ensure your team hits targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Shape and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for B2B growth across Europe.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AEs, SDRs, and CSMs to ensure excellent sales processes.
* Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from outbound to account management and upselling.
* Performance Tracking: Set targets, track performance, and continuously optimize sales efforts.
* Hands-On Selling: Actively contribute to revenue growth through direct sales and client management.
What We’re Looking For
* 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in SaaS or ad space).
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
* Familiar with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
* Fluent in German and English (additional languages like French or Italian are a plus).
* Located in Berlin or open to relocation.
