The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
* Lead the formation & aging process setup of formation & aging process for automotive Li-ion cells
* Failure analysis of Li-ion cell at end of production
* Support production ramp-up and improve yield rate
* Interface planning, production, quality, product design and equipment supplier teams to ensure product roll-out
What you need for our CELLebration
* 3+ years’ experience of formation and aging process of lithium-ion cells in mass production scale
* Strong hands-on experience of cell tear down for root cause analysis
* Hands-on experience in statistical analysis tools for failure analysis
* Knowledge in battery cell design and cell performance testing
What else can you bring
* Domestic and international travel readiness
* Fluent English for technical and business communications
* Working experience in the multi-cultural company
* Proficiency in German, Chinese or Korean is a plus
