Responsibilities
Are you open, communicative and love working with a diverse range of customers to help them with their IT challenges? Then join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist (all genders), satisfying our customers by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
1. Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
2. Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
3. Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
4. Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
Requirements
5. University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
6. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
7. Windows®/Mac user knowledge desirable
8. At least some experience working with customer and/or in sales, e.g. Internships
9. Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
10. Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
11. Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
