The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Digital Project Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Support end-to-end project management for web experience initiatives – including ticketing intake, onboarding, project kickoffs, deployment checklists – ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines. Partner and collaborate with marketing teams, web experience leads, UX designers, and content creators to gather project requirements, define objectives, and execute via Adobe Experience Manager.
Maintain and optimize project plans, including task breakdowns, resource allocation, and dependencies – proactively monitoring project progress, conducting status meetings, identifying risks and proposing actions to address. Support in the technical setup of projects in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, including organizing site structures, configuring templates and components, editing web pages, and localizing web experiences. Work closely with global and EMEA teams to align on experience needs, localize their experiences, and assess the impact of global updates on regional markets.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and experience in Project Management, preferrably in web development or digital experience projects OR Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in project management methodologies and tools, familiarity with Agile approach and Scrum methodology is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with web platforms and CMS technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, or other CMS platforms with drag-and-drop functionality Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams Proactive, not reactive – Able to anticipate challenges and take initiative rather than just responding to issues as they arise. Ability to work independently. Decision-making ability – Capable of making informed decisions within their area of responsibility while also knowing when to seek feedback or guidance in a timely manner.
