Planet Pharma are currently working with a pioneering medical device company in Germany who is looking for someone to continue developing their HR career in the life sciences space.
As part of this role you will be responsible for:
* Anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization
* Serves as the point of contact to respond and resolve HR-related inquiries
* Manages Associate disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions or departments;
* Support and manage the employee performance review process
* Communicate, implement and manage new HR or office policies and processes as required.
* Organize and conduct new employee orientation as designated

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:
* Some experience working in human resources and has experience with German works council
* Experience working in the life sciences industry or a keen interest in joining the life sciences industry
* Experience with German labour and employment laws
You will also speak fluent/native German.
As part of this role, you will be working with the international HR team meaning you will be based from their German offices in Frankfurt.
