ABOUT THE ROLE
As Mobile Product Manager at Elfie, based out of our Paris office, your role is critically responsible for developing user-centric digital solutions that drive health engagement and solve complex user pain points across the various existing and upcoming features / programs within the Elfie app.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
o Define product strategy and roadmap to achieve KPIs
o Gather requirements and prioritize features
o Lead cross-functional collaboration with other teams
o Oversee user experience and testing
o Manage product launches and lifecycle
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
o 5+ years of experience in a mobile product management role.
o 3+ years of experience managing a B2C product with a monthly active user base exceeding 500,000+
o Figma is a must (for wireframing and flowing) and has a good UI/UX.
o Strong understanding of mobile industry trends, best practices, and user experience.
o Excellent in English for working with global stakeholders.
o Experience in early-stage startups is a must.
o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
o Experience in digital health & wellness is a plus.
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 8 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.
How do we monetize?
We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
1. Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
2. Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
