Project Categorisation Coach (d/f/m)
For our well-known customer we are looking for a new team member!
Your Tasks
* Reporting to the Project Categorization Manager and specifically manage the categorization of of Gold and Platinum projects in Airbus Commercial and support the categorisation of Iron, Bronze and Silver projects and the Categorisation pre-assessment of all initiatives
* Leading and Driving operational Project Categorisations of new or existing projects, including the coordination of the actors for each Gold and Platinum project categorisation, coaching them through the process. This includes running awareness sessions, and presenting at Categorisation Recommendation Reviews
* Support all Categorisation Assessments by Project Managers and PMBPs utilising the Planisware Planning tool and their approval by our Business Focal Points. This includes monthly surgeries for users to address any issues with the categorisation process and tool
* The aim of the role is NOT to audit these projects but to help identify the realistic and comparable categorization level of the project.
* Ensuring consistency throughout the different project categorisations, especially the interpretation of the related 21 criteria, applying the existing categorisation rules
* Interfacing with the PM Certification Team especially regarding the matching between the Categorisation Level of the Project and the Project Management Certification Level of the Project Leader
* Guidance of the Project Teams towards the different offers of BX and specifically BXMC
Supporting the organisation in the following collaborative aspects:
* Supporting the categorization manager in the update of e.g. P&PM Body of Knowledge, specifically the Project Categorisation methodology regarding lessons learnt, evolutions and development of methodology and review guidelines, frequently asked Questions, etc.
* Supporting the cross fertilisation of methods and tools, sharing of best practice and optimisation of operational support
* Supporting the categorization manager to ensure process adherence and to propose and promote potential process improvements where applicable
* Supporting the operating of a project categorization in the Planisware tool, ensuring data consistency and act as a key customer in tool developments for categorisation purposes
* Supporting the ensuring of an up to date and informed stakeholder list (Categorisation Recommendation Review Members, and Business Focal Points, Coordinators) that are both transnational & multifunctional
* Supporting the generation of a monthly Management Report / set of standard KPI´s on operational progress both within BX and towards the business
Your Profile
* Degree in project management, aerospace, business administration or international management Professional experience in project management
* Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Google Workspace
* Good knowledge of project management required
* PM certification is an advantage
* Business fluent in German and English
* Good knowledge of French is an advantageA
* Good understanding of Projects & Project Management is a requirement for this role
* A technical background is desirable
