For our Digital Hub Europe Team we are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Product Owner (m/f/d) to define and execute the product vision, align it with strategic business objectives, and ensure the delivery of valuable and customer-centric solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITES: Defining Product Vision and Strategy: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and set a competitive product vision aligned with business goals. Managing and Prioritizing the Product Backlog: Translate customer needs into actionable user stories and prioritize them effectively. Providing Clear Acceptance Criteria: Define and communicate acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring deliverables meet expectations. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders, maintain transparency, and align their perspectives into a unified product vision. Driving Customer-Centric Value Propositions: Develop and test value propositions with rigorous customer focus and validation. YOUR PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS: Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required Typically 7 years or more of professional experience. Experience around software engineering, analytics, artificial Intelligence. Extensive experience as a Product Manager/Owner with ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams. Proven ability to develop innovative products, streamline complex processes, and manage strategic roadmaps to drive project success.
