ABOUT THE JOB
Financial Reporting: Collect, consolidate, analyse and report actual operating costs on a monthly basis
General Ledger Management: Manage general ledger accounts including intercompany invoices, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and financial efficiency
Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and information are readily available and accurate
System Utilisation: Leverage SAP or Dynamics for efficient financial management and reporting. Provide insights and recommendations for system improvements
Compliance: Ensure compliance with COSO regulations and stay updated on relevant laws and practices
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and fostering a culture of financial awareness and accountability
ABOUT YOU
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or Dynamics is a plus
Language Skills: Fluent in English and with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
