Your job:
1. As Head of the Solution Center, you will be responsible for two product teams and the associated disciplinary management of 8 employees
2. You are committed to the sustainable development of your employees and strengthen the agile work culture (SAFe) in our organization
3. You will be responsible for planning and managing the budget
4. Together with the product owners, you will work out and develop the strategic direction of the global IT products
5. You will be responsible for the IT operation of our global data and integration platforms (cloud and on-premise)
6. You act as an active link to IT purchasing and IT license management
7. You represent the department and are in regular contact with internal and external stakeholders
8. You will also shape the standardization and further development of methods, processes and tools in your area of responsibility
9. Ensuring compliance and IT security requirements and adherence to SLAs round off your range of tasks
Your qualification:
10. Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
11. several years of professional experience
12. Disciplinary management experience of at least 3 years
13. Experience in IT operations and the management of a service portfolio
14. Intercultural competence and experience in setting up and managing virtual teams
15. Strong service orientation, communication and moderation skills
16. Good comprehension, analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
17. High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
18. Ability to work in a team and deal with conflict
19. business fluent in written and spoken English
