We're currently looking for a Brand Manager CE for our office in Düsseldorf, Germany. Key Responsibilities: Localize global strategies, develop, and out-execute, where applicable, additional local activities Owner of the full activity plan (ATL & BTL) for each managed brand in the region Focus on brand building initiatives that showcase a clear ROI Product specialist and first point-of-contact for internal & external requests and artwork updates on relevant brands In relevant countries, work cross-category with several brands Manage the production of local promotional materials and campaigns to ensure timely delivery including translation of master material Ensure that all activities and POS material is according to local legislation and in accordance with the internal guidelines and policies of Karo Managing the execution and pre/post analysis of promotions and developing best practice recommendations that improve trade investment effectiveness Assist in the management of product pricing strategy and trade marketing investments Coordinate activities such as education programs, KOL (key opinion leader) networks, material for sales meetings, exhibitions, etc. Prepares monthly A&P review, brand performance review, analysis of market insights, etc. Work with the Head of Marketing to define the total promotional budget Manage the tracking of budgets and suggest adjustments when needed Support and suggest launch of NPDs/LE within category Own the long-term local brand planning process on managed brands Requirements Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role Proven track record of successful brand building and P&L management in competitive categories; growing sales and share Experience from marketing and/or trade marketing of products (RX/OTC/Consumer Health or FMCG) ideally to drugstores/ pharmacies, mass market and or Amazon, with proven track record of consumer marketing and brand building Experience should include work on digitally advanced and/or digitally native brands Ability to lead the brand growth planning process on a local market level Experience in developing and executing local growth-driving creative ideas and initiatives, derived from powerful data-driven insight, to win the moments that matter along the path-to-purchase as well as winning innovation and new price/pack/channel range solutions Leadership capability in the development and delivery of successful integrated digital campaigns, as part of broader local & global connections plans Demonstrated capability to create fit-for purpose content ecosystems; and to implement them consistently across regional markets and across all consumer touch points Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L leadership/budget management, pricing, and COGs strategy development Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead trade marketing campaigns from concept to execution Benefits Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions Flexible schedule and life work balance Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values Karo Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
