Summary We are looking for a “Head of RF Equipment Engineering (f/m/d)” for the “RF Equipment Engineering” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The “RF Equipment Engineering” department develops modern RF signal generation and processing hardware for AESA, RF front-ends, transmitters, receivers and power supplies. It secures and expands know-how in analog RF technology, including GaN and SiGe semiconductors. He also optimizes hardware designs for manufacturing and maintenance and is responsible for development roadmaps for RF PCBs, antennas and transmit/receive electronics in various frequency bands.
