Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.
We are seeking a long-term intern to join our Client Relationship Management department. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. This position focuses on supporting CRMs in their daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strong client relationships, with a particular focus on KYC, and digitalization.
Your role
* Tracking and following up on ongoing KYC processes.
* When required, conducting the necessary follow-up with CRMs on KYC processes.
* Examine the current KYC processes based on paper documents.
* Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for digitalization.
* Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
* Track the progress of digitalization and report results.
* Ensure the migration of paper data to digital format.
Your profile
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
Experience:
* Some experience in a client relationship management role or compliance within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management would be a plus.
Knowledge / technical skills:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, business, or a related field.
* Interest in compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Basic understanding of KYC processes and digitalization initiatives
* Strong organizational and communication skills
Soft skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
