Head of Sales
Now hiring for a Head of Sales to join an exciting battery recycling start-up, playing an integral role in achieving net-zero.
You'll lead the sales team, designing and developing the go to market strategy, while being hands on in driving revenue by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
* Leading the sales team - Raw Materials and creating the go to market strategy.
* Optimize the sales structure and processes to improve efficiency.
* Acquiring new clients as well as expanding existing key accounts.
* Collaborating closely with other departments, including - R&D, marketing, product etc.
* Attending conferences, trade shows, events etc
Qualifications & Experience Needed
* Experienced in managing teams with a proven sales track record.
* You have experience working in the raw materials space.
* Willing to act in a player / coach role – being hands on with sales but also managing and getting the best from the team.
* You've implemented complex process improvements in the past.
Having worked within the battery recycling space would be a bonus however not compulsory.
