If so, we want to hear from you We are looking for a motivated and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Technical Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform on ServiceNow. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Own the product vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow HRSD instance, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals. Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their challenges & requirements and translate them into actionable product backlog such as User Stories, Defects, Demands etc. Prioritise the product backlog using a data-driven approach and agile methodologies. Work closely with the core ServiceNow Platform team to ensure efficient and effective configuration and customisation of the platform. Champion HR service management best practices and user experience design within the ServiceNow HRSD framework. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and user training materials to drive adoption of the platform. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure the success of the HRSD solution. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and functionalities. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably with a focus on the HRSD module. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology environment. Strong understanding of HR processes and service management best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently in a fast paced environment. Experience of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage.
