Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for our front office activities related to order management, design handling and logistics, linked to operational excellence which also includes offering quality service with innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
You will be based in Hochheim, Germany.
Please note that this is a temporary (maternity cover) position for 1 year.
What you will do
* Close collaboration with our customers and internal stakeholders
* Active member of the Key Account team, representing the Supply Chain part.
* Control of all order management processes (decor-administration, order handling, invoicing and logistic)
* Identification of challenges and the improvement of the Supply Chain Service level in the packaging material area
* Expansion of our 'easy-to-do-business' strategy (VMR, B2Bi und e-Business)
* Close cooperation with the Key Account Manager to prepare the monthly Rolling Forecast
* Be part of the production planning activities to secure an efficient supply chain process
* Monitor of finish goods inventory as an ongoing activity
* Customer visits on demand.
We believe you have
* 1-3 years working experience in the field of Supply Chain and Customer Service
* Very good German and English language skills (skills in French would be an advantage)
* Experience in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
* Experience in SAP R/3
* Customer oriented team player with strong communication skills
* Build trust and collaborate with others are important qualifications.
* Able to work independently and result driven personality.
* Keen on training and developing yourself (learning on the fly)
