Your responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Market Development: Lead the development of the global strategic marketing plan for the parenteral nutrition portfolio in the therapeutic areas of critical care, surgery, oncology, pediatrics Perform market and competitor analysis and define success factors to grow the product group worldwide Conduct market assessments and drive continuous search and understand needs, trends, and product performance in close collaboration with all relevant Fresenius Kabi departments to identify opportunities for growth, unmet clinical needs, and potential risks in the parenteral nutrition landscape Develop and refine product positioning and value propositions tailored to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and caregivers Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and market penetration in collaboration with regions / countries and Commercial Excellence Contribute to dedicated medical nutrition in the therapeutic areas of critical care, surgery and pediatrics Establish clear success metrics to monitor product performance and measure market share growth Define global launch strategies, including detailed launch plans and toolkits, and track implementation outcomes to inform future initiatives Support new product development with a focus on market viability, customer impact, and business potential Training of product managers and colleagues working in PN Initiate and manage project groups, be an active member in advisory boards Provide presentations & participate in international Product Manager meetings and workshops Prepare product and concept presentations for congresses Contribute to internal and external communication activities Initialize purchase orders, perform cost monitoring, check invoices, support in the budget process Your profile: University degree in international business, business administration or nutritional science, ideally with focus on marketing At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing or product management in the pharmaceutical industries, e.g., OTC products or Rx products. Experience in the field of clinical nutrition beneficial Good skills in defining marketing strategies, developing marketing plans, structuring communication concepts, and implementing communication and marketing measures.
