Department Description & Job Purpose
The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all employees within our organization. We strive to create and maintain a safe working environment by implementing comprehensive safety measures, conducting risk assessments, and providing relevant training and support.
The primary responsibility of a Working Student in OHS will be to support the OHS Officer in various tasks related to health and safety initiatives. Candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in conducting safety audits, analyzing data, assisting with the development of safety programs, and contributing to the overall improvement of the workplace safety culture.
Key responsibilities:
* Support in Health & Safety projects (B2Run, Workshops, etc.)
* Creation of websites and website maintenance (Creation of OHS Share Point close to AZT)
* Creation, processing and maintenance of master data in Health & Safety Tools (EGYM, Wellpass Monitoring)
* Support in organizing health education and training (Support and administration for honorary positions)
* Evaluation of health reports (Close communication with HR-Factory)
* Support the Health & Safety team in day-to-day business (daily guidance for employees, accident reports etc.)
* Research on health & safety-related topics (new impulses and trends)
* HR-Support (administrative support all HR-business areas)
Key requirements:
* Studies in health management, communication sciences, business administration, business education or comparable, ideally with a focus on health, digital media
* Relevant practical experience in the communications or health sector is an advantage
* Very good MS Office knowledge
* Good written and spoken English knowledge
* Friendly appearance
* creative and motivated personality
