Account Manager Surgical Microscopy (d/f/m) - Bavaria area Come join a fantastic team The Account Manager reports to the Medical Sales Manager DACH and is responsible for selling Leica Medical Solutions to public and private hospitals in Southern Germany. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute local business strategy according with EMEA guidelines and deliver sustainable growth and significant share win based on a deep understanding of local market dynamics, future trends and competitive landscape - Research and identify opportunities in line with strategic directives to generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsell existing contracts and expand the portfolio of solutions sold - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing base and provide transparent feedback to upper management and Business Units - Generate and develop sales and solutions awareness through customer visits & solutions information, customer consultancies & workshops. Operate as a lead point of contact for the customer - Use Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools, implement Daily Work and Standard Management on Funnel Management and Forecasting YOUR PROFILE - Successfully completed studies in engineering, natural sciences or a related field - Relevant experience in strategic sales in a B2B sales environment - Prior experience and solid track record in a sales role in medical business - Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization - Fluently German and English language skills Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: - The position requires travelling of approximately 50% - Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record At Leica Microsystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
