Your Challenge
1. As an Agile Master, you will lead two cross-functional, internationally distributed agile teams in software product development and develop them to realise the product vision and deliver top performance.
2. You will exemplify the agile values and principles and guide your teams to work together based on these. You also ensure close and good collaboration with other teams.
3. With your trusting, positive and motivating manner, you enable your teams to act independently, be successful and take responsibility.
4. As an organiser and facilitator in agile ceremonies, team meetings and workshops, you assume a decisive share of responsibility for the results.
5. You help the teams to clear impediments out of the way. Furthermore, you act routinely and proactively in conflict management and ensure equality within the team.
6. As part of the Agile Master Community, you will drive agile transformation and organisational development in SEEBURGER's development area and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
7. In the future, tasks in people management may also be added.
Your Profile
8. You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, social sciences or psychology and at least 3 years of experience as an Agile Master / Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams.
9. You have already worked in a software development environment for 5 years. Ideally, you have already developed software yourself and know the typical challenges of software development and are interested in software craftmanship.
10. You are a strong communicator, empathetic and have a very structured and results-orientated way of working.
11. Ideally, you also have experience with various agile methods such as Kanban, agile scaling (LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, ...) as well as skills in mediation and personnel management.
12. Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are required.
The position is based at our headquarters in Bretten, whereby the remote work can be up to 80%. Presence in the office is expected to be required 1-2 times a month and can be arranged flexibly.
