<p>Our department "Steering, Transformation & CIO Office" within BMW Group IT handles strategic topics that impact the entire IT organization. We focus on target management, internal communication for the Group IT Community and the CIO, keynote speech preparation, AI enablement measures, and internal video production. Join our flexible and highly motivated team.</p>
<p><strong>What awaits you?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will support the CIO Office team with internal and external communication initiatives.</li>
<li>Furthermore, you help coordinate and engage the communications network.</li>
<li>In addition, you contribute to organizing events for employees and management.</li>
<li>Moreover, you will assist in creating concepts for internal communications.</li>
<li>Additionally, you work with current IT topics such as strategy, transformation, and community initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What should you bring along?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Studies in communication management, information systems management, marketing, business administration or related fields.</li>
<li>Very good skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Excellent planning, organizing, and coordination abilities.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and team spirit.</li>
<li>Basic project management experience.</li>
<li>Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Fluent German and English skills.</li>
