Every day Material Steering departments order over 31 million parts to enable our 30+ production locations to build more than 2.5 million vehicles per year. What awaits you?
* As part of your role, you develop and operate data processing pipelines and analytics applications using state-of-the-art tools.
* You take ownership of end-to-end data analytics projects starting from our data warehouse to the final data visualization.
* Moreover, you will embrace data analytics tools and methods confidently and responsibly to solve business challenges.
* As part of an international and diverse team, you will work on a variety of supply chain projects, driving digital solutions that improve the efficiency of our delivery network.
What should you bring along?
* Studies in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Engineering or a Business with a focus on IT-related fields. Master's degree preferred.
* Strong knowledge in data engineering and modelling, building automated ETL pipelines, Entity-Relationship models, and visualizing data to enable data-driven decision-making.
* Preferably, familiarity with data engineering tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Kafka, Rest APIs).
* Proficient in Python, SQL, PySpark and visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI or QuickSight.
* Prior experience and desire to work in a collaborative, international and agile team. Preferably, relevant experience in digitalization or analytics through internships or part-time jobs.
* You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration within an international team.
