We are on the lookout for a curious, open-minded, and creative Trainee (f/m/d) to join our core team of People & Culture Division at UniCredit Bank GmbH.
In People & Culture, we are all about supporting the development and growth of our People. Our trainees are engaged in a special development program, tailor-made for their own needs including full immersion in all People & Culture topics. We are there for our Bank employees to shape a positive and inclusive corporate culture while creating a working environment in which everyone can develop and be empowered.
What you'll be doing
* Getting hands-on with People & Culture strategy: All strategic and operational initiatives of the People & Culture function.
* Managing Daily activities & projects: All daily ad-hoc activities and strategic topics, providing comprehensive support and ensuring effective decision-making.
* Shaping P&C policies & programs: The development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Event planning: Planning and coordinating events such as P&C Townhalls, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement.
* Becoming a data wiz: Preparing and delivering analysis and presentations for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and Group, ensuring data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
What you will do & learn:
* Own your projects: Take ownership of specific topics and projects, driving them to successful completion while ensuring alignment with the overall P&C agenda.
* Dive into research & trends: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in the P&C domain, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

* Work with inspiring people: Interact and collaborate across the entire P&C function, the bank as well as UniCredit and deliver on the P&C agenda, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Management or similar, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and perform data analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (fluent) and German (conversational) language mandatory.
* Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Strong ownership and hands-on mentality, with a high level of trustworthiness and loyalty.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Interest in P&C best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
