Corporate Officer - Your Role :
* Full management of portfolios consisting of Soparfi and holding companies.
* Organization of board meetings, drafting minutes, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
* Assisting clients with company formation and bank account openings.
* Direct interaction with a demanding clientele, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Active participation in a dynamic team where you'll play a key role and build strong relationships with your colleagues.
Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
* You hold a law degree (at least a bachelor's) and have a minimum of two years' experience managing similar structures (Soparfi, holdings, PSF).
* Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of Italian is an added advantage.
* You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and enjoy working within a small team.
* Your passion for the sector and your eagerness to grow professionally are your driving forces.
Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
* An attractive salary of up to €70,000 gross per year, depending on your profile and experience, plus a bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
