At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you to join our team at our Emmerich am Rhein site on a permanent basis as a Productivity Manager Production (f/m/d) What are your tasks? The main duty is to supervise and carry out plans, procedures and projects that will increase productivity across the board. Analyze current processes and identify potential for improvement Create and implement plans for continuous improvement Conduct in-depth analysis (if required), including data collection, data analysis and data synthesis, to provide key insights for improvement across all areas of the business Process optimization: Project management to make processes and procedures more efficient Improving productivity by implementing best practices Applying lean and RCI methods Team management and training: Leading and supporting teams in the implementation of RCI projects Training employees in RCI methods and tools Performance monitoring and reporting: Creating and tracking KPI's to measure effectiveness and success Reporting results and interim results to management Conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards Promoting a culture of continuous improvement: Completed studies in engineering and business administration (Master degree) Several years of experience in a similar function in the production or process area of a company in the chemical industry, preferably in the field of oleochemistry Knowledge of technical processes in production Project management basics Interest in lean management and process optimization Independent and structured working style Strong communication skills, moderation skills and enjoyment of implementation-oriented project work Good MS Office user skills as well as good German and English skills Constant search for improvement and efficiency opportunities and tireless willingness to continuously improve Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure Strong team player, reliable, solution-oriented and well-structured way of working with a hands-on mentality Ability to act as a driving force for change across all areas of the business What we can offer you?
