We are on the lookout for a Senior/Principal Product Manager - New Products to join our AdTech team and to help scale our growing advertising business and always deliver amazing experiences
At Delivery Hero, we are exploring the potential of AdTech to introduce people to new food they love and to enable our partners to meet their future customers at the perfect moment. A range of products that we have developed to offer advertising solutions for restaurants, which help them increase their visibility and reach, improve their order conversion, and eventually drive more sales by covering the entire marketing funnel. Operating across about 50 countries around the clock, our AdTech connects the ideal advertiser with the ideal customer millions of times every day. In 2024/25, AdTech is a fundamental area for us on our path to profitability and is predicted to generate more than 1 billion euros in revenue for Delivery Hero; our innovative tech and product offering is the backbone of that development.
In this role you are expected to serve as a product and business thought leader, who identifies new untapped areas in our advertising ecosystem and is able to define both a product and a business roadmap to capitalize these opportunities. You will be working with our product, engineering, data and commercial teams as well as other central stakeholders and global entities.
1. Join us and work on one of the most exciting topics at Delivery Hero with significant top management attention
2. Define and own the strategy and the roadmap for our new adtech products, from programmatic offering (Open auction/Direct) to Adtech as a Service and or new adtech/martech products.
3. Find and define new potential partnership opportunities with other adtech players reaching out to your network as well as leveraging DHs
4. Engage with globally spread regional teams to understand business and product opportunities to influence the product discovery and the roadmap
5. Work closely with the other Adtech product leaders of Display, Sponsored listings and deals to uncover new opportunities
6. As a global leader, act as a thought leader and subject matter expert across the company, join our large and growing global product community and act as a product champion and mentor
Qualifications
7. 7+ years of professional experience within the product management/development space, ideally in internet, e-commerce, and ad-tech companies
8. 3+ years of relevant adtech experience building out commercially viable product portfolios
9. Previously owned a product strategy and roadmap and led both the product communication with senior stakeholders
10. Passionate about growth and driving business to the next level
11. Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen; ability to think and explain product initiatives through data and steer decision making
12. Exceptional communication skills; be able to properly communicate at tactical, strategic and vision level, fluent English, both written and oral
