As a Lead Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading new releases of our flagship products into the market. You’ll be responsible for collaborating across Development, Product and Marketing teams to ensure releases are successfully planned, executed and delivered. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong grasp of technology, Agile principles and excellent written and verbal communication. Note this role will be based in Berlin, Germany. Eligible candidates must reside within a commutable distance as we are a hybrid office environment requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities of the Lead Program Manager: Plan and deliver new product releases utilizing Agile approaches and tools to enable world-class delivery of technology programs Provide project leadership through all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure successful and on time delivery Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines and collaborates with partner organizations to manage all deliverables required to fully launch new features Strive to continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize project management practices Ensure projects are staffed appropriately and meet budget expectations Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for technical & functional teams to ensure delivery of positive business outcomes Plan and effectively facilitate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders Proactively identify, assess and mitigate and project risks and issues. Provides solutions to issues in creative and effective ways About you as the Lead Technical Program Manager: 8 years of experience in a corporate technology delivery role, specifically supporting the end-to-end introduction of large-scale Enterprise Software projects across multiple business units Relentless passion to own all phases of the overall end-to-end delivery of the project and ability to hustle through the entire organization to get things done Possess inherent leadership skills, strong project management expertise, project portfolio insight Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business Ability to create strategic content and executive-level presentations for strategy, capabilities, and technology Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and their critical approval gates Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with peers, management, and senior leadership Effective at planning and facilitating meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, including peers and leadership Extensive experience successfully working with and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and interests Extensive experience leading remote project teams with cross-cultural and multi-continent internal and external project resources Networks with key contacts outside their own area of expertise Strong technical background in Agile delivery of enterprise software projects Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required About Digital Turbine: Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) powers superior mobile consumer experiences and results for the world’s leading telcos, advertisers and publishers.
