The Position As a Senior Manager in Controlling, you will play a key role in delivering financial solutions and simplifying complex data. Tasks & responsibilities - As Senior Manager in Controlling, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality Finance deliverables in Planning and Reporting where you master the ability to translate complex financial cases into understandable insights and actions. - You will act as a guide, supporting the Leadership Team in the development of functional financial targets for IT, that these are clearly communicated to the functions and stringently implemented and managed. - A key part of your role will be to plan and control costs, closely monitoring cost development, providing clear analytics to Business Partners, and developing financial actions to ensure adherence to targets. Candidly addressing deviations are part of your governance role. - You will drive innovation and strive for standardization in planning and reporting of the IT Function. You provide conceptual leadership in the IT controlling area and drive the development and implementation of concepts and governance frameworks. - In your role, you will ensure financial compliance in business partner activities, support internal and external audits and prepare documentation of processes. Requirements - Diploma Degree or master's degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) with major focus on Business Administration and/or Economics - At least multiple years of solid experience in key Controlling positions - Proven performance approach and hands on attitude combined with a critical and challenging mindset to be effective and efficient in the interaction with the business partners in an international environment - Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive and team-oriented approach and working with senior leadership in an international setting showing resilience also under challenging circumstances - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a Finance Business Partner and explain finance topics to non-finance colleagues - Demonstrated project leadership skills, coupled with concise reporting abilities including briefings and statements - Proficient in Business Case creation and usage of analytic software, with strong analytical thinking - High proficiency in English (read, write and speak) is mandatory - >50% office presence and mobility for business travel Ready to contact us?
