Your Tasks:
* We will transform our current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape into a S/4 HANA environment. In this concern you establish the organization of this transformation and ensure that everything is on-time with agreed scope, quality and budget.
* You ensure that internal and external resources are available and support cross functional alignments.
* You ensure the definition of value proposition and of the collection as well as prioritization of business requirements.
* You drive the standardization of processes across business units, regions and countries.
* You are responsible for the mapping of business requirements and technological opportunities.
* You define focus fields to prepare for project execution and design overall transformation path and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* You are functionally leading an international project team and report directly to the Head of the Global SAP Competence Center.
Your Profile:
* Based on a relevant university degree you have several years experiences as Senior Consultant or Project Manager/Team Lead with SAP configuration background, ideally focusing on Chemicals/Process Industries.
* You have deep knowledge in SAP (SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA) and know how to create outcome based solutions.
* You have an affinity to agile working methods, e.g. Kanban and Scrum.
* You are able to think and act in operational, tactical and strategic terms and have an entrepreneurial mind-set with a solution-orientated way of work.
* You have excellent communication and moderation skills in English and are willing to travel approx. 20%.
