Global Head of Service Delivery Process Management (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
1. Own the definition of and continuous improvement for all Service Delivery business processes for Medical Service Business Unit (MSBU) globally including process harmonization and optimization.
2. Drive and deploy innovation across Service Delivery processes by leading large-scale transformation projects with direct impact to all customer-facing teams in MSBU and service customers globally.
3. Drive change management in deployment of large scale transformation and related process changes.
4. Manage a team of Global Service Delivery Process Experts with expertise in dedicated Service Delivery Process areas.
5. Build and lead a global network of regional process experts responsible to deploy processes locally and act as contact point on process guidance and feedback.
6. Collect, prioritize and manage business and user requirements together with regional process experts.
7. Support project benefit realization by training, guiding and directing key and end users on processes and tooling.
8. Act as primary point of contact for global Process Owners from other functions, primarily Medical Repair Service and QARA (Quality and Regulatory Affairs) with the aim to optimize processes across functional domains (e.g. Complaint Intake, Inhouse Repairs).
9. Jointly with your team of Process Experts, act as primary counterpart to IT to ensure all business processes are properly reflected in the respective tools.
10. Act as contact point for Learning & Development for Training concept and execution.
Your Qualification
1. Master degree in business engineering, engineering or similar.
2. 3+ years of professional experience in the area of Service Delivery or comparable functions.
3. 5+ years of professional experience in directly and indirectly managing international teams.
4. Proven track record of successfully delivering process improvements in large-scale, cross-functional and international projects.
5. High affinity for process management, experience in BPR projects.
6. Significant experience in and passion for people management.
7. Fluent English (spoken and written), additional language(s) are a plus.
8. Willingness to travel.
