For our growing Automotive division at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: Teamleader Customer Service (m/f/x) Automotive DACH Benelux Join our team in Büdingen (catchment area Frankfurt, Hanau, Gelnhausen, Gießen, Aschaffenburg). Professional and disciplinary management responsibility for 8 employees Organisation and optimisation of the timely and economical processing of our customer orders Optimising the existing key figures and reporting system in close cooperation with the relevant departments Ensuring the flow of information and communication within the department and to the interfaces Coordinating activities between sales and logistics as well as material availability checks Establishing, expanding, maintaining and developing new and existing customer relationships
3-5 years of experience in a comparable position Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Proficient written and spoken german and english skills Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Commitment, high degree of initiative
