To shape, prioritize and deliver the Sweet (Dairy, Beverages, Confectionary/Bakery, and Oral Care) project pipeline according to strategic growth objectives, in close collaboration with relevant functions (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Buying, Production, Finance, HR and Quality) To ensure that agreed business projects are delivered to the expectations of our customers within agreed timings and scope, including leadership of projects by the Director Sweet as appropriate To define and regularly review the TEG Sweet Strategy and its resulting action plan, determining the optimal organization of resources, in line with strategic growth objectives To ensure “state of the art” development of new flavors and compounds by the Creation Team, thanks to the relevant coaching, training and development of trainee flavorists, junior flavorists and flavorists To capture new ideas and to continuously strengthen our flavoring tools To support our customers with relevant consulting, visits, trainings and workshops as agreed with Sales & Marketing To lead the team in terms of overall work plan, resource planning, skills and competencies development Minimum 15 years experience in the flavor industry, working in a cross functional environment Minimum 5 years experience in R&D people management Background as Senior Flavorist (Sweet Creation), or as Flavor Scientist preferred Bachelor of Science in a technical R&D discipline (i.e. science, engineering), advanced degree preferred Fluent in English (written and spoken) Able to communicate in German and/or willingness to learn German preferred Strategic and cross functional mindset Delivering results in a permanently changing environmen Proven results on people development, engagement and high performance collaboration Managing complexity and multiple stakeholders Exciting tasks in an innovative and expanding company Continuous development 30 days of vacation per year Accident insurance Company pension scheme Capital-forming payments Job bike Applications from severely disabled persons or persons with equivalent disabilities are expressly welcome.
