As Service Owner (all genders) Subscription Management, you are responsible for a part of our service portfolio and ensure that the service you are responsible for meets the expectations and requirements of customers and internal stakeholders. Activities You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our subscription services, which are provided to our customers. You coordinate all activities required to provide and further develop the service. You monitor the performance of the digital service, analyze weaknesses and identify optimization potential. You implement improvement measures to increase the efficiency and quality of the service. You act as a central interface between the technical team, the development department and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. You define, maintain and prioritize the service roadmap to align the service with business requirements and strategic goals. Requirements You have a degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. You have extensive professional experience in IT management, preferably in a service owner or similar role. You have in-depth knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL (certification is an advantage) and ideally have experience in using Salesforce. You have extensive knowledge of implementing ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and are experienced in integrating ITSM systems into existing application and tooling environments. You have experience in commercial and business aspects, including pricing, market analysis and business strategy development. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
